Choose to Move: Mandatory Information Session
Choose to Move is a free, supportive program designed to help older adults incorporate physical activity into their daily lives. With guidance from a trained activity coach, learn how to build healthy habits at your own pace, connect with others, make new friends and stay motivated.
Register for the information session in advance! We need 10 people to run the program. Attendance at the information session is required in order to register for the program. Registration opens for program series on September 11, 2026 at 2pm.
